- People first, plan second. We match the people, then fill in the plan: a dinner, a walk, a Tai Chi class, an art museum, a night of board games.
- The activity stays a mystery until 24 to 48 hours before. The plan is guaranteed, the surprise is the fun.
- A facilitator runs each gathering, so you can just show up.
- Between gatherings, smaller groups of about five spin off on their own. That is where the closest bonds form. We do not schedule those, we let them happen.

- Full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before your first gathering, or we will roll you to the next crew.
- Once you start, come to your first two gatherings. If your crew does not feel like your crew, we refund you in full. No awkward email.
