GRIEF & LOSS COHORT
You do not have to carry it alone.
A steady place to be understood.
A small, private group for people moving through loss, held week after week by a licensed therapist. A calm place to be understood, at your own pace.
From $159 / month
Who this is for
- You have lost someone, or you are moving through a hard transition, and you have named it to yourself.
- You are looking for a steady group to go through it with, not a one time conversation.
- You are ready to be around others who are in it too, at your own pace.
What actually happens
- 6 to 9 people, kept small on purpose. Safety and trust matter more than a full room.
- A licensed therapist partner leads every session. This is professionally held, not peer run.
- A private, closed setting. The same faces each week. Nothing shared leaves the room.
- We build each group across stages, some fresh in their loss, some further along, so no one is alone at their point.
The heart of it
How the group is held
Privacy here is not a footnote, it is the point. Your group is closed, the same people each week, and confidentiality is agreed by everyone in the room. You never have to perform, or have the right words ready.
Three quiet commitments, held by everyone
- Presence. Come as you are. You do not have to have it together.
- Confidentiality. What is shared here stays here. Always.
- Care. We move at the pace of the room, and never push anyone to speak.
How you get in
- 1
Reach out on WhatsApp
A short note is already written for you. Send it when you are ready.
- 2
A quiet 1:1 call
We listen for what you need, and make sure a peer group is the right kind of support for you right now.
- 3
Hold your place
If it is a fit, you reserve your place in the group, and we begin matching. You are holding a place in a group for the season, not paying for a single meeting.
- 4
Your group forms
We match by hand, small and careful, across stages of loss. Forming the right group can take a few weeks, and it starts on a set date.

Questions, answered
Who leads the group?+
A licensed therapist partner leads every session. This is professionally held, not peer run.
Is this therapy?+
It is a facilitated peer support group led by a licensed professional. It is not a replacement for one on one therapy, and it can sit alongside it.
How private is it?+
Fully. The group is closed, the same people each week, and confidentiality is agreed by all.
How big is the group?+
Small on purpose, 6 to 9 people.
What kinds of loss is this for?+
Losing someone you love is the heart of it. If you are unsure whether you fit, that is exactly what the 1:1 call is for.
What if I am not ready to talk?+
You never have to. We move at the pace of the room.
What if I am in crisis right now?+
Please reach out to a local crisis line or a medical professional first. This group is peer support, not emergency care, and we will be here when you are ready.
When do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?+
You pay when you are accepted, which holds your place. Full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before your first session, or we roll you to the next group. A full refund also stands through your first two sessions.
