The heart of it
The Mirror, Mentor, Mentee model. We build your crew on contrast, not sameness. In some things you will be ahead of your crew, behind in others, shoulder to shoulder in the rest, and always held accountable. We look across stage, age, life situation, energy, and the kind of bet you are making, consumer, B2B, hardware, or agency, and we mix it on purpose.
What we do not do: we do not match by industry, because you do not need three people solving your exact problem, you need fresh angles. We do not rank you by revenue, because trajectory and lived experience matter more than your current numbers. Sameness kills growth.
The three ground rules
We read these out loud at session one, and again at session three. They are the price of admission.
- Commitment. Show up. Your crew comes before most things on the calendar.
- Candor. Say how you actually feel, even when it is hard. Especially then.
- Confidentiality. Nothing shared in the group leaves it. Ever. No exceptions.
What we do together
Signature exercises on rotation, never aimless chat.
- Goal setting: name what you are chasing out loud, and let your crew hold you to it.
- Business deep dive: one member in the hot seat each session, the whole picture, the problems and the openings.
- Builder confessional: what scared you this week, what you avoided. This is where depth beats novelty.

We hand match the right 8, person by person. A good crew can take a few weeks to build, and that is normal. Your season starts on a set date.

- Full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before your first session, or we will roll you to the next cohort.
- Once you start, come to your first two sessions. If your crew does not feel like your crew, we refund you in full. No awkward email.

Do I need a certain revenue or funding to join?+
No. This is built for founders before the big exit. We match on trajectory and energy, not on ARR.
How big is the group?+
Eight founders, fixed and named. The same crew each session.
How often do you meet, and for how long?+
Weekly or every other week, two hours a session, across a 6 to 12 week arc.
Who runs the sessions?+
A trained facilitator runs every one.
Is it in person?+
Yes. Same city, same crew. Buenos Aires now, San Francisco next.
When do I pay?+
When you are accepted after the call. That holds your seat while we build your crew.
What if I need to cancel?+
Full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before your first session, or we roll you to the next cohort. After you start, a full refund still stands through your first two sessions.
What if I travel a lot?+
Commitment is the first ground rule. If you cannot make most sessions, this is not the right season for you.
